Wanna Know Why You’re Getting More Pear Shaped?

Many people complain of growing more pear shaped as they age, and so the process is commonly understood to be because of ageing..

But often, there’s another reason:

Oestrogen dominance.

When you develop an imbalance between oestrogen and progesterone, fat begins to cling to your bum, hips and thighs.

This is good news because the imbalance can be identified and corrected.

So, if you have slowly been becoming more pear-shaped, the first step is to have a test carried out.

If the test shows oestrogen dominance as being a problem for you, you can correct this with the following steps:

  • Reduce your intake of red meat and dairy
  • Eat oily fish and seeds (or their cold pressed oils) regularly
  • Avoid refined carbohydrates
  • Avoid sugar
  • Avoid stimulants – coffee, chocolate, soda, etc
  • Eat plenty of wholefoods
  • Choose organic produce as much as possible
  • Eat little and often
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Always combine protein with carbohydrates
