Fruit Juice Increases Diabetes Risk?

A large study conducted in China has found that people who drink two or more servings of fruit juice per week are 25% more likely to develop Type II Diabetes than those who rarely drink fruit juice.

While this may sound illogical, it isn’t bad news for fruit consumption – eating whole fruit has been shown to decrease the risk of developing Type II Diabetes.

So keep eating plenty of fruit, but make water your drink of choice.
